Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre

Join us at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre CALHN as we build a new centre of excellence for care of the older person.

Join us at Hampstead and experience working in one of Australia’s leading health care networks. At CALHN we are committed to shaping the future of health with world class care and research.

Hampstead has now launched its Care of the Older Person and Community Transition (CO-ACT) program, focused on providing best-possible-care outcomes for older persons transitioning from acute care to ongoing care. We’re looking for new recruits as we establish our model of care. The CO-ACT team applies new ways of working that provide the best possible care for older patients transitioning towards aged care.

Our CO-ACT team at Hampstead works together closely and collaboratively; we’re like a family. You’ll join a supportive organisation, committed to best practice where your ideas and feedback will be valued.

We’re doing something different here at Hampstead – and we want you to be a part of it.
