Safe and connected - understanding and communicating the "why"

This session will provide leaders with the 'why' behind the Safe and Connected Operating model and the role of our leaders in embedding it in CALHN. We will explore the vision for Safe and Connected, the new Operating Model designed to keep staff and patients safe, and connect our staff across teams, programs and sites.
